Combining modern facilities with a rich local heritage, Weybourne House has become one of Guildford’s most distinctive event venues, offering stunning riverside views, elegant interiors and flexible spaces suitable for occasions of all sizes.

Weybourne House has been part of Guildford’s story for over a century. Originally built in 1897, the site later became home to the local Masonic community and has remained an important centre for meetings, events and charitable activities ever since.
The present-day Weybourne House was opened in 2005, creating a modern, purpose-built venue that continues to serve both Freemasonry and the wider community. Today, it welcomes guests from across Surrey and beyond for weddings, celebrations, business events and special occasions throughout the year.

Designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, Weybourne House offers a range of spaces that can be tailored to suit your event.
One of the venue’s most distinctive features is its location beside the River Wey. Guests can enjoy beautiful views across the water and surrounding countryside, creating a peaceful backdrop for weddings, celebrations and outdoor receptions.
Our landscaped gardens, riverside terrace and rooftop garden provide attractive outdoor areas for photographs, drinks receptions and relaxed social gatherings. These spaces allow guests to enjoy the natural surroundings while remaining close to the main event facilities.
The main function room can accommodate up to 120 guests and can be configured for a wide variety of events, from wedding breakfasts and gala dinners to conferences and private celebrations.
A spacious and welcoming bar area offers the ideal place for guests to relax, socialise and enjoy refreshments throughout their visit.
Weybourne House is fully accessible, with lift access throughout the building and ample on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
